- 5 years experience in a managerial position within residential childcare
- Level 5 Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
- Full Clear DBS check
- Good leadership and management skills including financial management
- A sound understanding of practice and working with young people
- A good understanding of the policies and procedures used in children’s home
OFSTED REGISTERED MANAGER
What we look for:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial position within residential childcare
- A level 5 qualification in leadership and management (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 5 years experience in children’s residential
- Full Clear DBS check
- Good leadership and management skills including financial management
- A sound understanding of practice and working with young people
- A good understanding of the policies and procedures used in children’s home
WAKING NIGHTS SUPPORT WORKER
What we look for:
- A minimum of 6 months experience in residential childcare
- Level 3 in residential childcare, Level 3 children and YP workforce, Level 4 children, young people and families (or working towards)
- Full clear DBS check
- Flexibility to work permanent night shifts
- Resilient attitude
- Driving License
DEPUTY MANAGER
What we look for:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory position within residential childcare
- Level 3 in residential childcare, Level 3 children and YP workforce, Level 4 children, young people and families (or equivalent)
- Full clear DBS check
- Driving License
