What we look for:

  • Vast experience and understanding of running a children’s home
  • 5 years experience in a managerial position within residential childcare
  • Level 5 Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
  • Full Clear DBS check
  • Good leadership and management skills including financial management
  • A sound understanding of practice and working with young people
  • A good understanding of the policies and procedures used in children’s home
OFSTED REGISTERED MANAGER

What we look for:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial position within residential childcare
  • A level 5 qualification in leadership and management (or equivalent)
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in children’s residential
  • Full Clear DBS check
  • Good leadership and management skills including financial management
  • A sound understanding of practice and working with young people
  • A good understanding of the policies and procedures used in children’s home
WAKING NIGHTS SUPPORT WORKER

What we look for:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in residential childcare
  • Level 3 in residential childcare, Level 3 children and YP workforce, Level 4 children, young people and families (or working towards)
  • Full clear DBS check
  • Flexibility to work permanent night shifts
  • Resilient attitude
  • Driving License
DEPUTY MANAGER

What we look for:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory position within residential childcare
  • Level 3 in residential childcare, Level 3 children and YP workforce, Level 4 children, young people and families (or equivalent)
  • Full clear DBS check
  • Driving License
Team LEADER /
SENIOR SUPPORT WORKER

What we look for:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in residential childcare
  • Level 3 in residential childcare, Level 3 children and YP workforce, Level 4 children, young people and families (or equivalent)
  • Full clear DBS check

RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKER
